eTwinning – World Cancer Day 4/2/26

On the occasion of the World Cancer Day, and within the framework of the project “Smoke-free School!”, our school (Class C and Class Β) organized an event with the aim of informing and sensitizing the school community. Through presentations and various activities, the students emphasized the importance of prevention and early diagnosis, with special emphasis on the serious consequences of smoking on health. It was emphasized that smoking is one of the main risk factors for the development of cancer, making its prevention a crucial step in the protection of life. The event concluded by emphasizing the importance of healthy habits in our daily lives, such as a balanced diet, regular physical exercise and taking care of both our physical and mental well-being.
